		<description>i look after my dad at home he has kidny failure water has helped a great deal but i am finding it hard to get any other advice ie:low protine diet the doctors seem to have given up and i dont want to can anybody out there help. my dad is 76 and has a stroke he smiles and laughs a lot when he was not drinkig water grumpy and sleepy</description>

		<description>Drinking a lot of water throughout the day is very good but you dont want to drink 2-4 glasses of water with your dinner because then you will not properly absorb your dinner.  You will dilute your stomach acid and digestive enzymes.  Wait a few hours after dinner so it can be digested.</description>
