		<description>I find listening to some rhythmic hypnotic music puts me into a state of mind where I can focus more precisely. Something thats not too exciting, but pleasent. I like certain forms of DNB, just instrumental. I sometimes get to the point where my awareness is so focused, everything else ceases to exsist. I love it when that happens. great tips!</description>
