		<description>Good list. I think number 2 is critical. Squatting or dead-lifting do more for your core than any ab isolation exercise ever will but a lot of people avoid these exercises. They are draining but you don&#039;t have to spend nearly as long in the gym when you pick exercises that recruit many different muscles as opposed to 3 or four isolation moves.</description>

		<description>I find that people tend to try and make their workouts too strenuous. I nice long walk not only gives a workout, but allows you to think about things in daily life and what you want to accomplish. It may not be quite as &quot;cool&quot; as a gym workout, but I think a lot more people would be happier if they tried it on a regular basis.</description>
