Great article.

It&#039;s true, you have to start your day taking care of yourself first, developing a routine that you must follow each day. In this routine can be things like brush teeth, shower, exercise, meditate, eath a healthy meal, drink water etc.

All these can be saved in a batch of checklists. You can use for this Gtdagenda.com, create your checklists and then print or access them for your mobile phone and check them off as you complete each item. (I don&#039;t recommend to open your computer before finishing this daily ritual)

However, I would suggest that the first tip should be to go to sleep early the night before, so you can get at least 8 hours of sleep before the alarm goes off! This is just a personal one, but I also like to listen to a TED Talk (ted.com) right after I wake up.  Most of the speeches on their are highly motivational and related to improving the world.  It&#039;s good for centering your mind on what&#039;s important.

In any case, I&#039;ll try to apply a few more of these when I wake up in the morning.  Thanks for the great post :-)</description>
