		<description>What should I do if it takes me an hour and a half of  laying down before I actually fall asleep?
Once I&#039;m asleep I only sleep for about 20-30 minutes but it takes soooo long for sleep to happen. Even when I&#039;m exhausted and desperate for a nap the sleep just doesn&#039;t happen.</description>

		<description>I feel the coffee (or black tea) kick in right away. If I was very tired, I&#039;d get right to sleep, but it would be a restless sleep. If not that tired, I wouldn&#039;t be able to nap. What if I was sleepy &amp; then drank coffee? There goes my nap...</description>
