		<description>I get 5 to 4 hrs sleep on mondays and tuesdays because those are my class days and sometimes i do my works late but still i try to find time and get naps after lunch and i gotta say it that it feels really good after a hour or 2 hour naps ^^</description>

		<description>Nap time is very good , but in the morning i go to school and then i go get my sister and cousin in another school at 12 a.m  , in the way there i always get traffic so while my driver is driving i nap for about 20 or 30 minutes , today i whas napping  in the passager seat with the back reclined down , when i woke up my neck whas hurting and my headache whas starting. At 9pm my neck start hurting again and with a headache . In the car i sleep with the back down and my head turned right  i always nap with my head in the right position and when my neck  starts hurting i turn left .  Wich is the best position to take a nap in the car ? without neck pain</description>
