As a psychotherapist and spiritual teacher for over 20 years, I always recommend my clients practice meditation. The use of breath is always a great way to feel our bodies, get more oxygen and remember a larger picture. A meditation practice is also most useful when used when not to just get away from issues but instead allows for more insight and integration so these stresses don’t just come back five minutes after the meditation is over.

I agree - meditation is one of the best stress reliever as I have tried it. It's very effective and easy to do. The inhale and exhale activity makes me feel relaxed.
