I found this line quite interesting, as this article is about being careful what you wish for? Maybe if people stopped striving for more, they wouldn&#039;t end up in the situation of having to want more. I think its the idea of &#039;more&#039; that is causing the stress. Ironically, you could say &#039;less&#039; is more.

Being content is not necessarily a bad thing, chasing constant happiness. A state which comes and goes is not something that I&#039;d wish for anyone. So sometimes being content, with what we have and where we are is what is most important.

		<description>I liked the principle. Most people keep on doing the things that they do but doesn&#039;t find true happiness in their lives. That is because they focus on the wrong goals and stop living their lives.
