Hi Ririan... I am first time on this blog, I like it...

About this post... my comment is...

1. Lighten up the burden of imposing high standards on yourself. Yes, too high expectations can bring to us greater stagnation than progress, if they not used correctly.

2. Make your favorite activity a part of your daily routine. - If we insert in the daily routine as many things that "shed off negative energy" that can be very useful advice for improvement, of course, if you have time for it in the daily schedule. ;)

3. Create a ritual for your favorite activity. Brilliant advice for people who are burdened with many daily activities.

4. Call in favors from parents and relatives. Yes, favors are important... I do not have children, I am still young :) but I know that for parents this is useful advice...

5. Turn off the television, phone or computer. My favorite... Sometimes these things as a TV and computer cross into the habit and we do not understand how much the value of turn off is... :D
