Before Bed Workout
Are you out of shape and trying to make a change? Are you trying hard enough to make this dream of being thin a reality? If you are still overweight or are not comfortable with your weight and think that you should not weight as much as you do then the answer to that question is NO! You are not trying hard enough, but that’s okay, all you need is a little bit of motivation and work ethic. Most people who are overweight develop unhealthy habits at a young age, which is difficult to understand considering the fact that Physical Education is a required class all throughout grade school in the United States and many other countries. It is not that people don’t want to be healthy and thin, it is simply that they do not want to have to work for their body.
Some people are lucky at a young age and have fast metabolisms which allows them to do a minimum amount of physical workouts and still remain thin. Unfortunately for these people, once they grow older they will not have the same luxury as they do now, they will have to work for their body just as everyone else does. Here are a few tips that should help you remain thin or lose weight if you are overweight.
1) Come up with a decent schedule, include work hours and other activities that you have weekly. You will probably notice that you are relatively unavailable during the afternoon hours, which means that the best times to workout will be the morning and night time.
2) Considering this, you should workout both in the morning and before bedtime. If you miss a morning workout, be sure that you do NOT miss your workout before bed.
3) It is important to workout before bed because while sleeping your muscles will grow and develop quicker and easier. A good twenty minutes of push ups and sit ups every night will allow you to start losing weight immediately and most importantly, efficiently.
